Q: HELP!!! My Site Looks Weird After Installing Your WordPress Plugin!
A: WordPress is an open source platform that allows developers to create and add functionality through the form of plugins and themes. Sometimes there can be a conflict with plugins developed by other developers. Other times it may be a unique server configuration like if you use GoDaddy for hosting.
These plugins can cause such things as; formatting issues, functionality issues, or even the “white screen of death”.
We are extremely diligent in trying to resolve these incompatibilities, but sometimes the issue lies with the other plugin so it is out of our control. If you experience any of these issues, please contact our support desk immediately and provide your url and login details so we can investigate and possibly fix the issue.
Bottom line: It’s not necessarily our WordPress plugin or Software that is the problem…. but we will do our best to fix it.
